Introduction
Human mankind and scientific ingenuity stands in the middle of deep scientific and technological rejuvenation and scientific forbearance. The author of this article is suffering from this monstrous and irrecoverable illness since November,1993. Long years have passed since then. Today, he is beset with deep anxiety prone illness. In this article the author deeply describes with lucid insight the difficulties he faced since 1993. Almighty has never looked into him. He is born and brought up in life with immense neglect. Since 2012, he is diagnosed with glaucoma in his both eyes. He is a graduate and postgraduate in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Since his postgraduate days he is suffering from schizophrenia. In this article, the author deeply relates and recounts the needs of medical help in the treatment of this illness. Today he is replete with immense worries and uncertainties in his future life. Since 1997, he is treated with the wonder medicine of Clozapine. Today after COVID outbreak in 2020, he has fallen seriously ill. But in these long years since 1993, he worked in industry, teaching and research and development. This article will surely open newer eras in the field of schizophrenia and other bipolar disorders. A remarkable new epoch in the field of science of schizophrenia will evolve if psychiatrists and psychotherapists takes positive directions in the scientific research pursuit in the treatment of schizophrenia.

The Challenges, Ardor and Difficulties of a Schizophrenic Patient and the Needs of Psychotherapy
The challenges and ardor of a schizophrenic patient are immense and path breaking in the futuristic vision of the whole gamut of medical science. There are today immense needs of psychotherapy. Medical science today stands in the middle of scientific introspection and deep scientific comprehension. The author since November,1993 has suffered a lot due to this ailment. In the early years of his illness he had tremendous auditory hallucination. Since 1997, he is under medication of the wonder drug of Clozapine. Man and mankind’s vision is vastly truncated as regards mental health treatment. There were different phases in his life grappling with this monstrous ailment. Effective psychotherapy is the immediate need of the hour. Scientific grit and determination will surely open newer windows of innovation and scientific instinct in years to come. There is absolutely no help or respite due to this irrecoverable illness. The success of this medical science issue depends on strong grit and deep forbearance. The author faced immense difficulties in the path of his life. This article strongly conveys the message of deep and vast needs of psychotherapy in the futuristic path towards scientific emancipation [1-3].

A Deep Knowledge Prowess and Scientific Wisdom in the Field of Schizophrenia Treatment
The deep knowledge prowess and wisdom in the field of schizophrenia treatment needs to be reframed and reorganized with the passage of visionary time. In the author’s case, in the beginning years of his illness there was not effective treatment and medicines. Human mankind’s immense scientific insight and scientific forbearance are in a state of disaster as regards author’s illness and cure. Today in June, 2023, he is taking high dose of Clozapine and other anti-psychotic medication. He is now teaching Chemical Engineering in a reputed university in North India. The insightful wisdom and prudence needs to be re-envisioned with the futuristic vision and candor in schizophrenic global scientific research endeavor. Thus also the need of a comprehensive review in the field of schizophrenia treatment. Today he is replete with pain and agony and shedding tears in every moment of his life. COVID-19 has veritably destroyed him. He is today plunged in deep travails, trials and tribulations in his life. Sometimes, he is beset with tremendous hallucination. Yet he is continuing with his job. But the worries and uncertainties are immense in his path of life. Science of schizophrenia will surely and veritably open newer doors of scientific vision and scientific ingenuity in the treatment of mental health illnesses. Science, vision and civilization will surely be the trailblazers and the proponents of scientific fortitude in the field of medical science in decades to come [1-3].

Early Years of Illness and Agony Due to Schizophrenia and the Vision of Science of Schizophrenia
Early years of his illness are devastating for the author. The vision of the science of schizophrenia needs to be reframed and reorganized as science, man and mankind moves forward. The scientific ingenuity and scientific forbearance in the field of schizophrenia are truncated as civilization moves forward. The author as a sufferer of schizophrenia deeply introspects the vast years of his struggle.

He could retain his employment in the years 1996-2006. He lost 10 years of his life grappling with this ailment. The world of science and technology are till today in search of proper treatment and proper medication of schizophrenia. Inspite of this illness, he taught chemical engineering in Oman and did research in environmental engineering in United Kingdom. The author knows veritably the scientific intricacies behind the immense struggle and hardships of patients suffering from schizophrenia and other mental health illnesses. Still the trials and tribulations in life are immense in the path of his life. This article deeply addresses these scientific issues [1-3].

Science, Technology, Medical Science, Vision and Intuition in the March of the Scientific and Technological Road of Psychiatry Ahead
Science, technology and medical science are in the path of scientific wisdom and vast scientific prudence. The march of psychiatry and psychology needs to be revamped with the passage of visionary time. The author deeply recounts and recollects the harassments he faced in the early years of his illness. Strong perseverance within him has goaded the author to move forward in life. The recollections are dealt with lucid insight in this article. There is also an immense need of the science of psychotherapy in the futuristic vision of schizophrenia treatment and cure.

There should be a comprehensive review in the futuristic vision of the science of schizophrenia. The vision and intuition in scientific research pursuit in health sciences and technology needs to be re-envisioned with the march of science and medicine. In this article, the author with lucid insight trudges the path of human struggle in the treatment and cure of schizophrenia. Today he has fallen ill seriously and there are worries and uncertainties in the employment scenario in post-COVID era. He has serious eyesight issues which is glaucoma. This article deeply with scientific perseverance treads a long and visionary way in appealing to the scientific community to discover new medicines of schizophrenia ailment. These are the issues one should address in overcoming the scientific boundaries of this monstrous and unrecoverable ailment [1-3].

Futuristic Vision and Objectives in the Treatment of Bi-polar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Medical Science
The futuristic vision in the treatment of bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia needs to be revamped with the treading forward of science and technology. The author in this era of Fifth Industrial Revolution deeply stresses with lucid insight the need of medical attention and drug discovery in this futuristic emancipation of science of schizophrenia. Inspite of this illness, he did research at Queen’s University, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and taught chemical engineering in an engineering college in Oman. This article deeply recounts those days of perseverance, grit and determination. Surely one day mankind will usher in a new epoch of medical sciences and health sciences in the coming decades.

This is twenty-first century. The world is moving towards Fifth Industrial Revolution and Fourth Internet Revolution. Schizophrenia needs to be cured at the utmost. Apart from Clozapine, there are practically no medicines. After long years of illness, he has fallen hapless and helpless. This is an era of medical science and physiology. The author stresses the needs of mental health treatment and treatment of bi-polar disorders. The futuristic vision of medical science needs to be reframed and reorganized with the march of man and mankind. Thus the need of futuristic vision and a remarkable era in the path of science and technology [1-3].

Conclusion and Medical Science Perspectives
Health science and technology perspectives needs to be reframed and re-envisioned as science, technology and engineering moves forward. The author is suffering from this mental health issues since 1993. There should be a strong approach towards research and development in the field of schizophrenia ailment treatment and cure.

The author reiterates the need of scientific breakthrough in the treatment of mental health problems. Mental depression issues are very common in India today. With vision, capability and purpose the author trudges forward in the path of life. He comes from a Bengali middle class family in the state of West Bengal, India. Psychiatric treatment is expensive in India. Yet he has to struggle in life from the burden of schizophrenia ailment. This article will surely be the pallbearer towards a newer remarkable era in the field of mental health treatment and cure. The author deeply pronounces the needs and necessities of scientific and technological breakthrough in the field of cure of schizophrenia. Scientific grit and determination will surely be the wonders of human civilization in future. Surely health sciences and technology will open new windows of innovation, instinct and capability in the futuristic vision of cure of schizophrenia.
