Abstract

Introduction: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is one of the most common compression neuropathies. The optimal treatment of CTS has not been established. Local steroid injection is one of the non-surgical treatment modality that has been found to be very effective in relieving the symptoms in patients of CTS.
