The aim of this study was to determine the phytochemical composition and antimicrobial activity of Jathropha multifida, Curcuma longa and Citrus lemon (Lemon juice) on dental pathogens. Antibiotic susceptibility against dental pathogens was determined by disc diffusion method. Methanolic extraction of the phytochemical constituents of the plant were analysed as well as its antagonistic activity against some dental pathogens by agar well diffusion methods. The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) was determined.
